Rob Tiler is a newcomer singer-songwriter from the Netherlands, Zeist. His love for playing guitar and writing songs was sparked when he walked the Camino to Santiago de Compostela. That’s where he met several interesting people (now friends) like Chet O’Keefe from Nashville and Luke Amelang from Colorado.
When he came home, inspired, he picked up his old guitar again and started playing. Since then he hasn’t put it down and has taught himself fingerpicking in a short time. Recently he also started writing his own personal songs like “Caesar,” which is about a Maine Coon who’s just in between sizes.
The genre of his music can best be described as a mix of folk, country and Americana, combined with fingerpicking guitar playing. Questions, suggestions, or comments? Get in touch with Rob.
